Check-in:

When a new car comes into storage it will receive a complimentary valet as part of the checking-in process.

Remote check-in:

If you are unable to make it directly to the unit, and require transportation - our online check-in service will provide a detailed appraisal of the vehicle including photos and its mileage when it arrives in.

We can also send you a photo of the unit indoors for extra peace of mind.

INSURANCE:

Insurance is provided by NFU for building contents, flood fire and theft. A copy of this can be requested.

Vehicles stored must still keep in place a minimum of Third-party fire and theft Insurance.

When you book in, a copy of the storage agreement must be sent over to the Insurance company, so they know where the vehicle is being securely stored.

COLLECTION & DROP-OFF:

A free lift to the closest tube/rail station can be provided.

Car Maintenance:

  • Can be left untouched.

  • Vehicles can be maintained with a battery conditioner.

  • Ensure the battery life is maintained by charging/preserving if not used.

  • Monthly inspection of the car inside and out.

  • 60-day engine warm-up and car roll to help prevent flat spotting,
    increase tire life and prevent brake lockage.

  • 60-day regulation warm-up of cooling fans, fluid levels and electrical components which are checked and maintained.

Maintenance package INCLUDED.

CAR SWaP:

You are welcome to 'swap your vehicle'. You can take a stored vehicle out and leave the everyday one with us. Then just 'swap' back when done. This service is complimentary. 

TRANSPORTATION:

We have our open trailer provided by our own fully insured and employed staff. Or for, enclosed transportation we can provide a quote from our third-party local company.

We collect at a time and place convenient with you.

SERVICE & MOT:

Should you be unable to, we can take the stored vehicle for a Service & Mot.

Transported by open trailer to a destination of your choice, or our local preferred one. 

There is a small charge for this agreed-upon request.
