Long term storage:

The unit provides long-term storage for Investment cars. You have the option to place vehicles on the company Insurance policy should it not be driven, or insured personally.

Check-in:

When a new car comes into storage it will receive a Free Valet & Interior clean as part of the checking-in process.

If you are unable to make it directly and require covered transportation - our online check-in service will provide a detailed appraisal of the vehicle including photos and its mileage.

Remote check-in:

Should you be unable to visit the unit, all paperwork is arranged - and handled by our team of staff before it enters our facility.

Car Maintenance:

• Can be left untouched.

• Vehicles can be maintained with a battery conditioner.

• Ensure the battery life is maintained by charging/preserving if not used.

• Monthly inspection of the car inside and out.

• Provide a soft breathable dust cover.

• 60-day engine warm up and car roll to help prevent flat spotting,
  increase tire life and prevent brake lockage.

• 60-day regulation warm up of cooling fans, fluid levels and electrical components which are checked and maintained.

Included complementary in your storage agreement.

TRANSPORTATION:

Our sister company has provided transport services for over a decade. We have both open & covered transportation available, provided by our own fully insured and employed staff.

We collect at a time and place convenient with yourself.

Collection from the City of London (+£120 Inc Vat), on top of the mileage rate. 

UK wide and EU can be completed directly with us.

We can quote for Worldwide collection using a third-party company. All paperwork can be managed by out team of staff.

INSURANCE:

Vehicles stored must have in place their own personal car Insurance.

When you book-in, a copy of the storage agreement must be sent over to your Insurance company so they know where the car is being securely stored.

For Investment cars - there is an option for vehicles to be placed on the company's Insurance policy @ £15pm +vat for every £100,000.00 of car value.

Please talk to a member of staff and obtain a copy of the company Insurance cover when signing the storage agreement. 

SERVICE & MOT:

Should you be unable to, we can take the stored car for Service & Mot.

There is a small charge for this agreed upon request, transported by covered trailer to a destination of your choice, or our local preferred one. 

Car Swap:

You are welcome to 'swap your vehicle'. You can take a stored vehicle out and leave the everyday one with us. Then just 'swap' back when done. This service is complimentary. 

Collection & Drop-Off:

We are happy to provide a free lift to the closest tube/rail station.
